Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sherman, Texas is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to support packaging of materials and finished goods. You will load, move, and operate packaging equipment, follow GMPs, and ensure labeling accuracy.

This role emphasizes safety, punctuality, teamwork, and maintaining clean, organized stations. You will monitor lines, handle bottles, inspect quality, and assist with packaging setup and inventory to keep shifts running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated area.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
