Altium Packaging is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate for our Turners Falls, MA facility. This entry-level role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment in a GMP environment.

The position requires adherence to safety policies, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain efficient production lines. Overtime may be required based on business needs, with a focus on quality and productivity.

• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a teamwork attitude by working well with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottle quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area and ensure proper labeling.
