Starting pay is $26.80/hour with a $0.55/hour premium for 2nd/3rd shifts; after completing trainings (4–12 months) pay rises to $29.14/hour. The site offers 120 vacation hours, 11 holidays, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of machine operating experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all Bisquick production equipment including baggers, case packers, and cartoners.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance as needed on Bisquick production equipment.
• Conduct quality checks such as HACCP, seal tests, weight tests, code dating, metal detector, check weigher, magnets, and code dater checks.
• Maintain written documentation and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees.
