Job summary

RRD is seeking operators to run binding/finishing/packaging equipment in a mid-shift role in West Bend, WI. You will set up machines for production runs, perform routine maintenance, and assist with minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine for optimum operation.
• May troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may train new team members.
• Identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
• Maintain machine operating and maintenance records and write identification labels.
