Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Phoenix, AZ for 3rd shift. The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean workstations, monitoring lines, inspecting bottle quality, and escalating issues promptly. Training is provided within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated area.
• Restocks packaging materials and ensures correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
