Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production/Packaging Associate in Tracy, CA. The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment.

You will follow GMP, wear PPE, and work as part of a team in a noisy production environment. 3rd shift and overtime may be required; target pay is around market rates for the area.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and load/move materials.
• Monitor and clear bottle jams; inspect bottles for quality.
• Label products and ensure correct packaging per customer specs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stock packaging materials.
• Follow PPE, safety policies, and GMP requirements.
