Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle proper packaging of materials and finished products, load and move materials, and operate packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

You will monitor lines, perform bottle inspections for quality, maintain clean work areas, and support shifts with overtime as needed. Training provided within 90 days of hire date at our facility.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a teamwork attitude by working well with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Run packaging equipment as needed.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
