Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate in Phoenix to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load, move materials, and operate packaging equipment while adhering to GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, monitoring for bottlenecks, labeling accuracy, and supporting smooth transitions between shifts. This role requires basic math and computer skills and offers opportunities to grow within the

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Place discarded bottles into grinder, if applicable.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
