Job summary

• Cross-functional work to enhance product performance and customer relationships.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; willing to work long hours when needed.
• Experience with MS Office applications required; industrial packaging equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess packaging equipment set up and performance.
• Evaluate how SPRs films and bags run on various lines.
• Troubleshoot and identify opportunities to improve product compatibility and efficiency.
• Lead root cause investigations for quality control claims.
• Collaborate on product development and improvement initiatives.
