Job summary

National Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III (Packaging Mechanic) to perform setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance on packaging equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electronic systems, train technicians, and support continuous improvement projects on a day shift transitioning to a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule.

The role requires reading and following SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment focused on equipment maintenance and performance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Act as first-line technical resource, providing support to production technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor equipment conditions.
