This hands-on role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement, with shift openings on first, second, and third shifts. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and basic ERP/reporting familiarity are desired.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with problem-solving mindset and ability to inspire teams.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral communication.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred (training provided).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage Production: Oversee production and packaging activities on high-speed lines.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, Maintenance.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Improve OEE and reduce downtime using Lean methods.
• Foster Team Engagement: Coach and develop the team in continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot Equipment: Perform minor adjustments and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Enforce GMP, SQF, HACCP standards.
