Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed packaging equipment to meet targets.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments for efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical issues, escalate major ones.
• Log downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM).
• Collaborate with Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team on improvements.
