Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems is seeking a seasoned Packaging Team Lead to provide daily leadership in the Packaging department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will plan daily production needs, train new hires, and oversee packaging of transdermal and ODF products, while keeping leadership informed of shift issues.

You will supervise a team, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with cGMPs, while coordinating with QA and Engineering to meet quality specifications and schedules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in fast-paced lean Manufacturing/Packaging in a GMP environment.
• Demonstrate career progression with minimum 3 years as Packaging Machine Operator or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a packaging and labeling team for transdermal and ODF products.
• Assign qualified personnel to meet weekly production schedule; schedule overtime as needed.
• Review batch documentation for accuracy and completeness; submit before review.
• Monitor and document critical process parameters during packaging.
• Investigate process problems and take corrective actions.
• Follow batch records and labor standards to safely package quality products.
• Verify raw materials against issuance documents.
• Print in-process labels for packaging in SAP.
• Train and audit packaging employees; ensure SOPs are followed.
