Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Team Leader to coordinate daily activities on the pharmaceutical packaging floor, ensure safe, compliant operations, and provide guidance and training.

You will supervise in the absence of the Packaging Supervisor, manage labor and materials to meet schedules, and collaborate with quality, engineering, and validation teams to ensure packaging meets specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging operations and cGMP requirements.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow and execute complex instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging operations in the absence of the Packaging Supervisor.
• Train employees and troubleshoot issues to ensure SOP and batch record compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and validation to meet specs and regulations.
• Operate and supervise packaging equipment (blisters, fillers, labelers, cartoners).
• Coordinate workflow across lines and shifts to optimize efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
