Qualifications

• Requires safety leadership and ability to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost per shift.
• Must read and follow instructions, manuals and manufacturing procedures in English.
• Familiarity with cGMP and basic safety practices in an industrial environment.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and fix equipment malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and participate in safety meetings and PPE use.
• Lead others and troubleshoot production issues to meet deadlines.
• Train and develop team members to be cross-trained on multiple equipment/processes.
• Lead team to meet daily KPIs for OEE, schedule adherence and changeovers.
• Identify losses and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate root-cause problem solving and support rapid changeovers.
