The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Strong emphasis on Lean/Six Sigma and personnel development.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor's degree with pharmaceutical packaging or FDA-regulated industry experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20-25 employees across multiple production lines.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to meet safety and quality goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
