Grande Cheese Company in Brownsville, WI is seeking a Packaging Team Leader for the 1st shift (4:00am-4:00pm) on a rotating schedule. You will lead team members to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety, while operating and troubleshooting equipment, training staff and maintaining required documentation.

The role offers base pay starting at $26.54 per hour, with a $3 night shift premium and a $2.25 weekend premium; prior experience is valued for determining pay

Qualifications

• Required: High School or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience and/or training required.

Responsabilités

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment in production area.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a safety‑focused environment.
• Communicate production optimization opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain documentation as required by law and regulatory agencies.
