Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring for a packaging role in Wisconsin. Starting at $22.62/hour with a $1 shift premium for hours between 6pm and 6am.

3rd shift runs 8pm–6am and 8:30pm–6:30am. You will rotate across lines, read production schedules, and perform packaging duties with focus on quality and GMP compliance. Benefits begin after 90 days, and the team emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work overtime and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret simple numbers and schedules.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lb and perform medium to heavy work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor.
• Rotate between lines and positions with proper ergonomics.
• Read and understand production and packaging schedules and reports.
• Assist in setup for production and changeovers.
• Visually inspect product for quality defects and follow GMP rules.
• Adhere to safety rules and cleaning procedures, operate foamer when required.
