Remedy Staffing is seeking a Production Operator in Wisconsin for a first or third shift role focused on packaging cheese products in a fast-paced facility.

You will lift blocks, stack totes, and move materials with a pallet truck, ensuring smooth operation of packaging lines and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cooler environment and around food production equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stack product into large plastic totes for packaging.
• Move totes using a pallet truck to the sealing area.
• Operate around packaging equipment as totes are sealed and prepared for storage.
• Transfer sealed totes into a cooler for storage.
• Assist with end‑of‑shift sanitation and cleaning of conveyors, belts, and packaging equipment.
• Perform wet cleaning procedures while wearing required rain gear and PPE.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Looking for a hands‑on production role with excellent pay and opportunities to grow? Join the team as a Production Operator on 1st shift! This position plays an important role in the packaging and handling of quality cheese products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Possible Schedules:

First Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 5:00am – 3:30pm

Third Shift

• Monday – Thursday + 1 hour into Friday
• 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay

• $24.70/hour
• $3.00/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• $2.25/hour weekend differential
