Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic with consistent attendance; ability to work overtime and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physical ability to lift 25–30 lb and perform medium-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging duties as assigned by Packaging Supervisor.
• Rotate between lines and positions with good ergonomics.
• Read and understand production and packaging schedules and verification reports.
• Assist in setting up for production and changeovers.
• Visually inspect product for quality defects.
• Follow GMP and food safety procedures.
