Job summary

Grande produces premium Italian cheeses and values teamwork, safety, and quality. As a Team Leader in production, you will guide a shift, supervise operators, troubleshoot equipment, and mentor teammates to meet daily targets and regulatory standards.

You bring at least four years of related experience or training, a high school or GED plus an associate degree preferred, and a readiness to work a 2/2/3 rotating schedule with early hours.

Qualifications

• Required: High School or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production and safety.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment, train and mentor team members.
• Communicate production optimization opportunities and maintain required documentation.
