Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry.
• Experience handling packaging of perishable products is desirable.
• Experience with automated packaging machines and TPM practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the packing of product to meet daily and weekly targets in terms of quality, quantity & ASAP.
• Coordinating with RM/PM Stores for packing material procurement.
• Ensuring maximum efficiency of the packing machines and minimizing downtime.
• Maintaining a log of machine-related problems and driving corrective actions.
• Leading and managing a team of packing operators and deploying them across stations.
• Participating in TPM-related improvements and weighters/bagmakers training.
