The role requires 3+ years of leadership in food manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree, and process-improvement experience; salary ranges from $55,500 to $103,500 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to coach and develop a team daily.
• Leads by example to engage associates across levels.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work to meet specs and delivery requirements.
• Recommend improvements to methods, equipment, safety, and quality.
• Train and coach employees; appraise performance and address issues.
• Oversee paperwork, reports and documentation.
• Drive CI culture and Lean-Six Sigma through staff development.
• Coordinate production planning with other departments for downtime and work orders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations and employment laws.
