American Sugar Refining, Inc. is hiring a Packaging Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Buffalo, NY. You will lead a 15+ person hourly team, manage production to meet customer specs, and drive continuous improvement through Lean-Six Sigma.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience with SAP, Kronos, and Mii. Salary ranges from $56,500 to $105,500 plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Organization Leadership/Management) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience directing a team of 15+ hourly associates.
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement tools in packaging and OEE performance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Recommend and implement improvements to methods, equipment, safety, and product quality.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; manage paperwork and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean-Six Sigma across the production team.
• Coordinate production planning with other departments to support downtime and PM activities.
