Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of related experience in a similar industry.
• Strong verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations to meet the monthly production schedule and quality standards.
• Supervise and train production workforce for efficient operations.
• Review employee performance and develop improved work procedures.
• Recommend capital equipment improvements to enhance capacity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and GMP regulations and L'Oreal QA procedures.
