Job summary

Plastic Express seeks a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and packaging operations in a safety‑critical environment. You will lead up to 10 employees, assign tasks, and ensure efficient material handling, equipment operation, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supervisory role preferred, especially in packaging/warehousing.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and pass site certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 10 warehouse and packaging employees.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and packaging operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Directly supervise daily equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Provide coaching and training to staff and participate in hiring decisions.
