Job summary

Plastic Express is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day dock activities, document prep, and data entry. You will interact with drivers, CSR, and internal teams while supporting inventory accuracy and timely order processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak in English required.
• Customer service and industry experience preferred.
• SAP or other ERP systems experience/certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse shipping, receiving, and delivery files.
• Answer phones and forward calls; manage messages.
• Enter location changes and monitor inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate receiving appointments and carrier schedules.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, and labels.
• Match documents to orders and provide accurate sign-offs.
• Assist in inventory counts and special assignments from management.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in daily warehouse operations.
