Job summary

Plastic Express in Pooler, GA is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and packaging operations in a safety-sensitive environment. You will direct up to 10 employees, plan work, and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires forklift certification, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate shipping/receiving and routine maintenance. This is a full-time, exempt position with regular weekday hours and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred, especially in packaging/warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 10 warehouse and packaging employees and coordinate tasks.
• Oversee packaging equipment and material handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in staffing, training, and coaching to meet operations needs.
