Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a highly analytical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years global procurement experience in packaging portfolios.
Experience with packaging manufacturing processes and index-based contracting.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a 12–36 month global category strategy for packaging.
Manage $100M spend with center-led hybrid model and cross-functional governance.
Lead should-cost modeling, TCO, and supplier diversity initiatives.
Negotiate index-linked agreements and drive 4–5% annual cost savings.
Monitor raw materials trends to secure favorable forward positions.
