Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company in the United States is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our onsite team. This exempt role focuses on identifying and converting engineered packaging opportunities while delivering technical support to customers.

You will develop solutions that protect products, improve transportation efficiency, and reduce total delivered cost. You will work with Sales and Engineering leadership to manage projects from concept through commercialization, coordinate prototypes, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5–10 years in Sales Engineering or related role.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD is required.
• Onsite full-time role; remote possibility based on performance and business needs.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new packaging sales by identifying customer needs and proposing engineered solutions.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities with EPS leadership and Sales.
• Lead technical proposals, prototypes, testing, and commercialization.
• Provide ongoing engineering support including ECOs and design updates.
• Identify cost-reduction, sustainability, and efficiency opportunities in accounts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company processes.
