Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a Sales Engineer for a fully onsite role in Batavia, OH. You will lead technical and commercial aspects of engineered packaging solutions, manage cross-functional projects, and develop new business opportunities with customers.

The role emphasizes cost performance, sustainability, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning prototyping, testing, ECOs, and design changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or comparable role.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD required.
• Onsite Full Time; Potential for Remote Work Based on Performance and Business Needs.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or automotive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new packaging sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending engineered solutions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities in partnership with the Sales team and EPS leadership.
• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their packaging, protection, freight, cost, and sustainability requirements.
• Develop concepts, prototypes, samples, drawings, specifications, and technical presentations to support the sales process.
• Establish the technical solution and overall value proposition to support customer proposals and quotes.
• Oversee and manage prototype development, testing, trials, validation, and approval to move opportunities from concept through commercialization.
