Anchor Glass Container LLC is seeking an Engineering Services Manager to lead maintenance and engineering services at a glass container manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and coordinating upgrades and safety initiatives to maintain continuous operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Electronics background, extensive maintenance management experience in manufacturing, and excellent communication skills to lead a diverse team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering with strong electronics background.
• 7+ years’ experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering services at a glass container manufacturing facility.
• Review and audit mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic system operations, processes and procedures.
• Provide predictive and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage operating budget for department and facility capital projects.
• Coordinate activities related to environmental control systems.
• Plan, management and supervision for equipment installation and rebuild projects.
• Prepare specifications for contract bids for services and equipment relating to projects.
