Job summary

This role trains and guides staff, enforces SQF certification and GMP policies, and maintains safety, quality, and cleanliness standards while managing staffing, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions. You will help sustain a strong food-safety culture across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Training, guidance and enforcement of SQF compliance
• Maintain safety, GMPs and regulatory policies
• Manage the flow of product from kitchen through packaging lines to Warehouse
• Maintain high quality standards while controlling manpower
• Interviewing, hiring and training employees
• Plan, assign, direct work; appraise performances; reward and discipline
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for food safety, culture and cleanliness
• Safety culture responsibility from managers and supervisors
• Other duties as required
