Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of lab, manufacturing, quality, engineering support, or technical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging and product testing per approved procedures and standards.
• Collect, document, and organize test data to support projects and regulatory requirements.
• Assist engineers with test method validations, equipment qualifications, and development activities.
• Prepare samples, fixtures, and equipment for testing.
• Support laboratory scheduling and prioritization of testing requests.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on lab equipment and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic issues.
