Job summary

The Packaging Engineering Co-Op at Boston Scientific in Minnesota will support the development and implementation of packaging and labeling for medical devices. You will work under supervision to compile, analyze and report data to help set performance standards for new designs.

You will gain hands-on training in on-site packaging lab testing, documentation practices, and reviews with Packaging Engineers, while supporting test protocols, reports, and change control activities.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a B.S. in Packaging.
• Graduation window Dec 2027–May 2030.
• Commit to an 8-month co-op assignment.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reliable daily transportation to Arden Hills or Maple Grove.

Responsibilities

• Assist Package Engineers with test protocols, reports and rationales.
• Undergo formal packaging training and hands-on lab activities.
• Develop and execute test plans, verifications and validations.
• Document procedures and maintain change control records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines.
