Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Phoenix seeks a Program Manager to coordinate global stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will define scopes, lead projects from RFQ to implementation, and ensure on-time delivery of customer requirements while driving new packaging development for sustainable, cost-competitive solutions.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI project planning in manufacturing.
• International business experience in China / Southeast Asia / Mexico preferred.
• Qualified: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
• College degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• SOW development, project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Lead programs from RFQ through implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Produce KPI/KAIs reports and manage milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
