Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Production professional to manage and assist with production activities across assembly, forming, processing, and packaging, coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to meet schedules and quality targets.

You will lead two or more direct reports, supervise hourly workers, and drive safe quality foods (SQF) compliance while optimizing daily operations to achieve financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• BA degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.
• Experience directing, leading, and developing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others to achieve production goals.
• Supervise two or more direct reports and hourly staff.
• Monitor and drive operational/financial results for the area.
