You will analyze data, support system design and integration, and mentor operators ensuring efficient changeovers and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years' work experience; operational technician background.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills on bottle and can lines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety inspections and promote a safe production culture.
• Share knowledge, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment.
• Support system design, integration, and changeovers.
• Train production staff on equipment operations and maintenance.
• Analyze performance data to optimize system efficiency.
