Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an Operational Technician in Kansas to operate production equipment and ensure safe, high-quality beverage production. The role supports a 5:00am–5:30pm schedule with a 12-hour rotating rota and includes orientation Monday through Friday during onboarding.

You will run high-speed packaging lines, perform CIL maintenance on equipment, and document process parameters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude with willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed packaging equipment and fill containers (cans/bottles).
• Monitor blow-melt tech for PET sizes; apply labels and supply materials.
• Perform routine checks and coordinate product/package changeovers.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and log data in QA database.
