Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator I to operate continuous motion packaging, filling and palletizing lines safely and efficiently. You will prepare quality check sheets and assist with changeovers, ensuring product quality and ISO GMP standards are met.

The role requires basic reading and writing in English, willingness to work weekends, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
• Ability to work with all functional team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality check sheets as required.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment efficiently.
• Perform and/or assist in product and package change over.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management.
