Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Production Operator to support efficient manufacturing operations. You will operate packaging equipment, manage materials, perform quality checks, and help maintain HACCP and QMS compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Capable of integrating into all parts of the operation and supporting continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage packaging materials, execute changeovers, and ensure labeling and specs.
• Record downtime and participate in root cause analysis with the team.
• Ensure HACCP, QMS, and SOP compliance and report unsafe conditions.
• Receive and document shipments in SAP and support safety, quality, and cost goals.
