Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks a Production Supervisor to direct activities of production personnel and manage resources in our packaging manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with overtime as needed and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma, at least 3 years in manufacturing with 1 year in a supervisory role, and knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
• AS degree is preferred.
• Blow or Injection Mold experience is a plus.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.
• A drive to strive for continuous improvement.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production personnel and manage resources employed in manufacturing of packaging solutions.
