Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production/Packaging Lead Associate to operate and optimize packaging lines in Turners Falls, MA. The role includes line changeovers, quality support, and leading safety initiatives on the shift.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, plus Altium Lead Training and 3+ years of packaging experience. The position offers overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate Lead training.
• Experience with packaging lines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Relieve bagger and palletizer operator as needed.
• Operate packaging lines and perform changeovers.
• Assist Quality; support DMR during absence of lead.
• Co-ownership in Safety, Quality and Morale; participate in safety activities.
• Serve as floater/lead packer and mentor new staff on safety and quality.
• Coordinate breaks and assist on all lines; perform other duties as assigned.
