Plochman Career is seeking a motivated production worker to contribute to all stages of the packaging line, from loading bottles to palletizing finished goods. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and adherence to quality guidelines.

The candidate should be ready to assist with start-up/shut-down, sanitation, and routine inspections while maintaining good communication with co-workers and supervisors. On-site, full-time position with potential shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Effective verbal, listening, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with other departments in the company.
• Ability to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Self-directed.
• Good attendance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment and practices.

Responsibilities

• Dump empty bottles into hoppers, load bottles onto conveyors, remove liner, knock down cartons and stack pallet to maintain productivity and quality.
• Assist in start-up and shut down of production equipment.
• Stack full cases of product onto pallets while maintaining productivity and quality guidelines.
• Load product into cartons and ensure correct packing.
• Follow all safety standards and document duties as scheduled in the system.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned.
• Complete quality inspections per specifications.
