Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal, listening, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with other departments in the company.
• Ability to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Self-directed with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Dump empty bottles into hoppers, load bottles onto conveyors and remove liner.
• Assist in start-up and shut down of production equipment.
• Stack full cases of product off the packaging line onto pallets.
• Load product into cartons and ensure packaging productivity and quality.
• Follow safety standards and document duties in the computer system.
• Complete quality inspections per specifications.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned.
• Follow production instructions and priorities.
• Assist in covering shifts for absences and vacations.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
