Job summary

Pures Food Specialties, Inc. in Broadview, IL is seeking a production operator to support the manufacturing line.

This role requires operating and maintaining equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and working flexible schedules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in other departments as needed, and ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and GMP standards while delivering consistent, safe food products.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production machines.
• Ability to ensure the entire production line runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Load films, settings, and monitors to ensure efficient operation.
• Stand during shift and climb steps and ladders as needed.
• Monitor equipment upstream/downstream for continuous operation.
• Follow packaging schedule, quality control and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team and other departments; participate in training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
