Job summary

INFINITY GLOBAL is seeking a Project Manager to guide packaging and supply programs from development to production. You will coordinate luxury paper/textile packaging projects, analyze data, and serve as the liaison among customers, internal teams, and partners.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of PM experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in luxury packaging. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, cost control, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or comparable field; required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• 1-2 years of project management experience, preferred.
• Professional experience in luxury/fashion packaging industry, preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for costing, pricing analysis, and modeling.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margin management.
• Basic knowledge of geography, time zones, and foreign currencies.
• Packaging product development (paper/textile) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research new industry technologies and materials to support product innovation.
• Provide a comprehensive understanding of each product/program including function, manufacturability, cost, tooling estimates, development lead time, risk and global consistency.
• Communicate customers’ requirements and specifications during development phases.
• Support Master Price List function with Account Management Teams.
• Manage complex packaging and non-merchandise programs with regular documentation and communication.
• Analyze multiple costing models for assigned projects and programs.
• Ensure design/construction meets product requirements and cost targets.
• Incorporate value analysis to optimize design for cost, function, and quality.
• Own cost control, margin management, and financial breakdowns for quoting and pricing.
