Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• 2–3 years in packaging development or related fields preferred.
• Experience coordinating packaging design workflows is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Packaging Director in development and implementation of new designs and base packaging with multiple teams.
• Coordinate packaging development activities for launches, promotions and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones and schedules.
• Track project deliverables and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate packaging sample requests, evaluations, testing and approvals.
• Assist with identifying packaging improvements related to functionality, quality and cost.
