Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a qualified Machine Operator to support Packaging and Processing lines at its 391 and 395 facilities. You will operate, set up, change over, sanitize equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain safety standards throughout shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (6 months related experience preferred) and a packaging/processing certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Packaging or Processing areas preferred.
• Experience operating packaging/processing equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, change over, and sanitize lines/equipment to meet production goals.
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Train employees on basic manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Document production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs and escalate as needed.
