Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Packaging and Processing Machine Operator for a Friday–Sunday, 12-hour night shift (6pm–6:30am). You will operate lines, perform sanitation and changeovers, and conduct quality checks while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires certification in packaging/processing and the ability to work at both Bloomingdale facilities. You will also help train coworkers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with 6 months of related experience or training.
Certification as a Machine Operator in one or more packaging/processing areas.
Experience in manufacturing, preferably food or pharma, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot packaging/processing lines within set standards and SOPs.
Perform sanitation and changeovers between product runs; document processes.
Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Assist in training coworkers on basic manufacturing processes and safety.
Submit daily duty reports and identify improvements to safety and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and use equipment safely, including PIT where certified.
